LRP Publications Group Discount

COPAA members are now able to realize a group discount for the purchase or renewal of LRP publications Special Ed Connection®, Special Ed Law on CD-ROM and/ or Individuals with Disabilities Education Law Report® (IDELR). COPAA is pleased to be able add this savings to our member benefits.

Terms of the LRP Discount to active COPAA members include the following:

• 15% discount for a single-year subscription. This applies for any combination of the three publications mentioned above for up to a total of 59 COPAA member subscriptions.
• An additional 10% discount for those subscribers who wish to lock in at these rates for a two-year subscription and are willing to pay for it up front - that is a total discount of 25%. For those who may have a hardship in extending that amount of money at one time, LRP is willing to set up an installment plan for payment via check or credit card for three consecutive months (a $10 service fee applies) at the commencement of their subscription.

Pricing for COPAA Members:

NOTE: Pricing above reflects a 15% discount for one-year subscriptions and an additional 10% discount for two-year subscriptions. Two-year subscriptions must be paid in full at the commencement of the two-year period.

• Should COPAA reach a total of 60 or more subscribers within the 3-month initial period, an additional 2% would apply to Special Ed Connection subscribers only - a 17% discount for single-year subscribers and 27% for a two-year subscription for Special Ed Connection.

LRP will contact COPAA to verify active member status. To place your order or inform LRP that your renewal should be processed at the COPAA-member rates, please consider the following:

• Download the order form (PDF 1 page, 127 KB) to place your order or inform LRP that you are renewing under the COPAA-member rates.
• Please fill in all of the applicable requested information on the order form and fax it to your point of contact at LRP Publications - Debbie McKinnon at 215-784-9639
• If placing a new order or renewing an existing order for Special Ed Connection®:
  • Download the COPAA-Member Order Form (PDF 1 page, 127 KB) and select a username/password/security code (if you do not select one, our staff will assign one to you) and filling in all of the other requested information.
  • Send the form to Debbie McKinnon at LRP. Debbie will send you a License Agreement via e-mail - you will want to read, sign and fax back.
  • Debbie will send you an invoice. The invoice can be used to submit payment via check - however, if you submitted payment on the attached Order Form via credit card, the invoice will indicate the amount PAID.
  • Once LRP has received your signed License Agreement and payment, your user access will be activated within 2-3 business days - and you will receive a Welcome Letter via e-mail.
• If placing a new order or renewing an existing order for Special Ed Law on CD-ROM or the IDELR®:
  • Download the form (PDF 1 page, 127 KB) and fill in with all necessary information.
  • Debbie will send you an invoice. The invoice can be used to submit payment via check - however, if you submitted payment on the attached Order Form via credit card, the invoice will indicate the amount PAID.
  • Once payment is received, LRP will ship your CD-ROM and/or IDELR (new orders for IDELR start with approx. three months of back issues)
• Free phone training and user/research assistance is available to all customers who subscribe to Special Ed Connection or Special Ed Law on CD-ROM - just call toll-free, 1-800-515-4577, ext. 6303.
